How to move a text box?

Text boxes can be moved up or down, or side to side, but must stay within dotted guideline as shown in the screenshot. To select a text box, click the box so it highlights in blue. Hover over the edge of the blue line until the following symbol appears ✥. 

Click to select. Use the arrows on your keyboard to move up, down, or side to side. Alternatively, hover over blue line to select. Press and hold down to move text box.
