How to send our team a question when you need help inside your book?

Open up your COVER or INSIDE pages via your dashboard.

Next, on the page that you have a question and need help with, click on the image or text box so it highlights in blue. 

Then right click your pad and select COMMENT as shown below.

A comment box will appear. Type the question and press COMMENT.

A team member will respond directly to the COMMENT inside your book and may also provide a link to a help article or video tutorial if needed. 

A team member will reply to the comment as soon as possible. (Usually within 1 to 12 hours depending on what country you are located and the time difference)

Once we reply to your comment, you will also receive a copy of the comment in your email address that is linked to your google account.

You can also edit comment by clicking the 3 dots as shown below. 

If the matter has been resolved, click the tick box so the box disappears or click the 3 dots and select DELETE as shown below.
