How to feature handwritten recipes as images in your cookbook
To features old recipes as images in your book, you will first need to scan or take a photo of the recipes. The two format types is either JPG or PNG.
Once you have all your recipe images on your computer, next you can upload in two different ways. The first way is to feature both the image and a typed up version of the recipe or just feature an image of the recipe on each page in your cookbook.
1. The first way is to type up your recipe and upload a picture of the old recipe alongside to feature in your book.
Click submit recipe in your dashboard select a chapter.
Type the recipe and then select upload to upload the old recipe. Press submit to save.
Once you have added your recipes and the old recipe images into your recipe library, next select a template.
Flag all your recipes (move the toggle to ready to import) in your recipe library and click the import button.
Next, select Cookbook > Layout for step 3 - layout.

2. The second way is to just feature the old recipe images in your book.
There is no need to add the recipe or the images to your recipe library. Instead, select a template in your dashboard. Open the inside pages in your layout.
Inside your layout go to the chapter where you want to feature the old recipe image(s). Click the "+" symbol (new slide) far left to add new blank page.
Next, from the menu select Insert > Image > Upload from computer and select the old recipe image or images you would like to feature on each page.
