How to use the Book Estimator Calculator

NOTE: The price calculator can take up to 15-20 seconds to fully load and appear on the website.

The calculator provides price for printed books (+ebooks). Delivery for printed books not included, and this includes tax *but may not be applicable depending on print location you choose. To complete the quote in the calculator summary select CONTACT US TO COMPLETE QUOTE.

STEP 1

Choose either PRINT ONLY, PRINT & EBOOK or EBOOK only. NOTE: If you choose PRINT & EBOOK, one ebook type is FREE if you print 5 or more and all 3 ebook types are FREE is you print 50 or more.

STEP 2

Select the country you are located, add your postcode and currency type.

Books are printed in the Australia, United States, the UK, Canada and Asia.

STEP 3

If you have not yet chosen a package, select NOT SURE. NOTE: The starter package is FREE, premium and community unlock lots of extra features and the premium is refunded on the invoice when you place a printed order of 5 or more books and on the community package is refunded on the invoice when you place a printed order of 50 or more books.

STEP 4

Type the quantity of books you would like to print. NOTE: You can change the quantity without going through all the steps after you have made your selection.

STEP 5

Choose cover type. NOTE: You can change the cover type without going through all the steps after you have made your selection.

STEP 6

Choose book size. NOTE: You can change the book size without going through all the steps after you have made your selection.

STEP 7

Choose how many inside pages you think your book will be. NOTE: Use our page count estimator to work out how many pages you need to create your book. https://cc-pages.paperform.co/ Maximum inside pages is 400.

STEP 8

Choose paper type and weight. NOTE: There are 2 types of paper. Coated has a slight sheen and uncoated has the look and feel of recycled paper with no shine. Paper thickness starts from 120 light,130 medium &150gsm heavy for coated and 120 light, 140 medium & 170gsm heavy for uncoated. We recommend for small print runs up to 200 printed as PUR bound binding to select light or medium. STEP 9

The price is displayed per book and total price. NOTE: If you choose to print overseas turnaround around is quite quick at around 2 weeks as books are shipped via airfreight. You will find that printing offshore can be cheaper depending where you are located and what book type and quantity you select.

STEP 10

Select OPTIONS as displayed below to view where the books are printed and turnaround.

STEP 11

Select SHIPPING AND BOOK SELECTION button the right.

This displays the book specifications including print and ship turnaround. Select the square icon with the arrow to change any part of the selection you made. NOTE: Some book selections may offer a range of ADD-ONS like a ribbon etc.

STEP 12

The estimated price calculator is designed to show the cheapest option first based on your selection. If you have selected a book type and it is not showing the option to print in your country, contact us and we can provide options and prices etc.

Once you have made your selection click the “contact us for a full quote” so we can complete the quote to include shipping and tax, if applicable depending on the location you choose.
